Welcome to another lockdown MondayMotivator
Did I think we would be out of lockdown? No.
I’ve been considering, out loud, a move to the South Island. I typed out a few sentences outlining why after this sentence but deleted them because this isn’t the place for that conversation. For my mental health, it’s been worth having though.
So I’m going to roll into what a 9-year-old, my daughter, thinks about the lockdown. This made me smile and I hope it adds some light to your Monday morning.

Day’s in PJ’s!
Naps. Lots of naps.
Have a great week. Get out and exercise. I’ll repeat that in case you had the thought, “I’m too busy to do that”.
GET OUT AND EXERCISE. Yep, I yelled it.
This is the one thing that has the biggest impact on your mental well-being. Don’t put it off. Walk. Move. Get that body active and the mind will be much calmer.
Keep going this week. It will get better.
