This option will provide you with help to coordinate your content using our Marketing Planner to ensure the consistency of social ads, posts and email timings to maximise each communication.

Your content will be developed into an email and after rigorous testing and client sign-off, will be deployed to your database by our skilled and experienced team.

We can manage all your customer data including signup forms, exporting and importing data and managing unsubscribes. This service ensures your compliance with the Anti-Spam Act 2007.

Spike will provide a reporting dashboard for every campaign to see what happened and what we can do better to maximise the response of future campaigns. We do this using a Google Sheets or Data Studio Dashboard that we will go through over a bi-monthly strategy call to review progress and plan ahead.

Having a process to onboard new clients to the database could be done as a simple line when talking to them. For example, “As part of our service and to support the growth of your business we send an information-packed monthly newsletter. Our clients say it’s very useful for them and you can unsubscribe at any time.”
