About Mailchimp Support in NZ

Is there a Mailchimp support phone number in New Zealand?

No. Mailchimp doesn’t have a dedicated New Zealand support number. Spike fills that gap — call us on 09 820 9860 during business hours for local, plain-English Mailchimp help.

How do I contact Mailchimp directly?

Mailchimp provides email and chat support depending on your plan. As a Mailchimp Pro Partner, Spike also has direct access to their partner support channel — which means faster escalations when things get tricky.

Does Mailchimp have phone support?

Mailchimp only offers phone support on their Premium plan, which starts at around $500 USD per month. For all other plans, support is chat and email only with variable wait times. Spike offers local phone support regardless of which Mailchimp plan you are on.
