Can I bring my existing subscriber list across?
Yes. We import your list for you. We validate it through Xverify first, which removes bad addresses and protects your sender reputation from the first campaign. Most people are up and running within a week of signing up.
Is it much harder to use than Mailchimp?
No. If you’ve used Mailchimp, you’ll find it very familiar. If you’ve never sent email before, we’ll walk you through it. Most people are comfortable on their own after the first campaign.
What's the difference between Spikemail and Mailchimp?
Mailchimp is a good product, but it’s expensive once your list grows, and support is limited. Spikemail is simpler, more affordable for NZ list sizes, and backed by a NZ team you can actually email when something’s not working.
Do I have to manage it myself, or can Spike do it for me?
Both options work. Some clients run their own campaigns and just come to us when they need help. Others have us run everything — that’s our Publish and Amplify packages. You choose what suits you.
What happens if my list grows and I need to move up a plan?
Just email us and we’ll move you up. No locked contracts, no complicated upgrade process.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
