Someone once said, “If a relationship has to be a secret, you shouldn’t be in it.”
This includes work relationships because by being open and honest you have solid ground to stand on. It might upset a few people if you are working with, or just know, their competition. However I feel it makes people work on their strengths. Strengths that they started their business on. Strengths that keep relationships strong no matter what happens and strengths that mean you always have a smile whenever you see someone.
