C.E.M. Joad said, “It has been left to our generation to discover that you can move heaven and earth to save five minutes and then not have the faintest idea what to do with them when you have saved them.”
I am not a person to rush as I feel you are more likely to trip and waste time getting yourself fixed up. Yet I see people rushing around and not enjoying the company they are in, the coffee they are having or the job they are doing, because they are trying to save time. Time they then fill with meaningless drivel.
We do not need to be constantly entertained. It is amazing what happens when you stop saving time and start enjoying it.
