Should we be wary of A/B testing?

Is A/B testing the definitive answer for your marketing / conversion update plans? Maybe. Maybe there’s more you have to think about. …. Like the customer.

Kiki Schirr, CMO at Fittr and Author of producthuntbook.com, has some interesting views on the subject of A/B testing.

“In an A/B test, I have no doubt that this would have decreased the number of cancellations.After all, they had increased the pain of leaving.
What an A/B test doesn’t show, though, is how much a customer hates you for it…it misses the human element.”
