Scott Hardigree articles are always a good read and the title is very catchy – How to un-newsletter your newsletter.

He writes that we should think about moving the focus from the news part to the customer. It’s a good thing to think about at a time where people can research fast, appear to be busy and generally feel that they don’t have time to read.
