Get to know your customers. That’s easy, right? Surveys, questionnaires, NPS tools or panels. No, really get to know your customers. Talk to them. Share stories. Find out more about how they’re going to use your product or service. IKEA have people live in customer’s homes. That’s serious. I can imagine that would be confronting for a lot of retailers… but wow, it gets results.
