How Google Has Just Changed The Internet Forever

You might have heard of the Semantic Web. It’s the evolution of the World Wide Web into a web of machine readable information. Right now the web requires human intervention to make things happen. The Semantic Web would allow machines to accomplish a lot more through interpreting the meaning of human instructions.

Google have apparently “cracked the code” and can now read images. This is BIG. Why? Because we will be able to use more images than text and still have our websites found by search. Awesome for designers and way better experiences for users who will no longer have to wade through acres of words to find the information they want.
