We are remarkable beings, whole and complete at birth. Where things go wrong is because life has been quickened. Nature has been tampered with, the air has become polluted, and genetics experimented with.

Too many people today are poisoning their bodies with food additives or food contaminated with hormones, pesticides and other toxic substances.

Good health is a basic fundamental law of human life. Even today, with how much we know about the benefits, it tends to be pushed into the background of our technological world.

Sound health is the foundation of a happy and successful life. Without it, no real progress can be made in our quest for fulfilment or goal achievement.

Roman orator Seneca wrote: “To wish to be well is a part of becoming well.

Therefore, good health starts with the idea that you want to be healthy. It doesn’t just happen.

Good health has many elements: nutrition, what we drink and eat, exercise, breathing, fasting, and finally, love. Yes, love. As an element of health, love affects every aspect of human existence, particularly your well-being and happiness. It is essentially your responsibility if you want vibrant, good health. No one else can put the reps in for you.

This week thinkI will only put good things in my body. Eat as much raw food as possible, drink pure water daily and build my body rather than just repair it. I will practise moderation in all things, make peace with nature and create an aura of love around me so that others may feel this.

This isn’t woo-woo. This is for you to be the best you, you can be.
