I believe bad habits creep up on us day by day, week by week, month by month, and by the time we realise we have a habit it’s well on it’s way to killing us. Bit melodramatic I know but i wanted to hammer the point home.
However in the same way bad habits form like this GREAT habits can be formed to. It requires a little more determination and effort to stay on the path but it will be worth it when the chains are so strong you cannot help but be successful and healthy.
