Have you had that thought: the one that says it’s ok because what I’m feeling, or what is happening to me, will pass?
That’s a good thought to have. It grounds you and helps you remember that the situation is not permanent. You will survive, you will feel better.
Make sure you keep having that thought. Write a note to remind you to have it. It’s powerful and it will transform you and get you through anything.
