Lynn Johnston said, “An apology is the superglue of life. It can repair just about anything.”

Sometimes all you want to hear is the words, “I’m sorry”, and you will feel heaps better. But when they aren’t offered you can become resentful.

I think apologies should never be held back. You need to make them quickly when you upset someone even if they don’t want to hear it at the time, they have heard it.

We all upset people and even if you’re think you’re right an apology for your tone of voice or language can move things along a million times faster. Try it this week and not only will you lighten the load on your shoulders you will be someone people want to be around.
