What is your inspiration every morning? Who or what drives you out the front door, to your desk or to your first meeting?
Do you have someone on your team who inspires you everyday?
On my wall I have a picture of the Four Square Man. His cheesy grin and thumbs up, greet me every morning as I go into my office. I can’t help but smile and my day is off to a good start.
Have a think about what or who would make you smile every morning. Put that picture up somewhere so you will see it every morning. Maybe even on the sun-visor of your car so you can have a chuckle in the traffic and start your day of with inspiration.
Spend some time today working out what will inspire you and put a picture of it somewhere. It will make a difference.
