Being consistent is a value I hold highly. I like people to know that what you see is what you’ll get. How you’re dealt with now is how you’ll be dealt with every time.
Being consistent, doing what you said you were going to do when you said you would do it isn’t sexy. It’s not seen as fun or spontaneous.
But people like it.
They can rely on you.
They might not always be around because life changes but they will remember you and when they need you they’ll be back.
This is a mantra I’ve had for many, many years.
Consistency leads to Trust, which leads to Loyalty and to bars and bbqs.
I challenge you to be consistent. Build the personal capital that leads to trust and loyalty. And, have people talk about you with respect, at bars and bbq’s.
To your success this week.
Best regards, Glenn Edley
P.S. I’ve spent the last year working with author and Psychology Coach Charles Donoghue on a program that I believe will change your life permanently. Find out about this exciting and new program at foundationprogram.co.nz.
Quote for the week
“People are always looking for shortcuts. The only way to achieve greatness in life is to have patience, consistency, and discipline.”
