My comment. Why? Why do I have to sign up again? This is a great way for Virgin to lose a whole heap of their subscribers. It reminds me of September 2007 when the Anti-Spam Act came out. How hard is it to move a database that has already given you (Virgin) permission to say hi.

Am I missing something? Let me know.
