Do you know what the difference between a professional and an amateur is?
It’s the last 5% to 15%. That last 5 to 15% needs a professional. It needs a coach. You need help if you want to be running at 100%.
You need to be on the lookout for people who can help you get that last little bit. And once you have them on your team, you’ll be running at 100% more often than not.
This happens because they care about what you’ve decided to focus on and they’ve spent a lifetime learning about it. Because of that care, they can think about things you haven’t thought of.
They’re looking at it from a different point of view. For example, a great business coach is looking at it from a huge range of experiences with a lot of different businesses.
You might only have one business and therefore one point of view so you can’t see the wood for the trees or in other words If Your Only Tool Is a Hammer Then Every Problem Looks Like a Nail.
I’d love you to gain that last 5 to 15%. Remember the last 5 to 15% is important to you, your friends and family and your business.
It’s the difference between being an amateur and a professional. Mediocrity and success.
