What are you worried about today?
Is worrying about it stopping you from being an effective, successful person?
Is whatever you’re worrying about going to kill you?
If the answer to the above is no, then don’t worry about it. Worrying is bad for your health and attracts bad luck.
“Easy for you to say, Glenn!”. Well you can break the worry habit by taking action now and postponing worry. That is what successful people do.
It seems to be the future that people worry about, so your challenge is to focus on the present. Whenever you start to worry, ask yourself “what is worrying me right now?”. If you’re not in a life threatening situation, you don’t have a worry and you’re alive, so you must have survived situations like this before.
Then ask yourself “What can I do now?”. If there is something you can do, take action, if there is nothing you can do, focus on the present and refuse to worry.
Another action you can take to postpone worry is knowing the difference between what is your business and what isn’t your business. This can take a lot of of worry out of your life instantly.
