Are you on a diet and decided to have one last donut, or trying to quit smoking and just needed to have a drag of your friend’s cigarette? You have just made a weakening decision that moves you away from your goal – quitting smoking or losing weight.
Make the STRENGTHENING decision, and each time you do you will train yourself against weakening decisions until they no longer win.
By cutting out weakening decisions, you will reach your goals faster.
Every time you make a decision today ask yourself: “Is this moving me towards or away from my goals?”. Only make the one that moves you towards where you want to be.
