The marketers who constantly are on the hunt for new customers have an uphill battle everyday. And they generally annoy existing customers by giving new customers great offers. I’ve always believed that’s ass about face. Customers (fans) who already buy from you are the easiest to keep happy. So why aren’t more businesses doing that?
