Email will continue to be a valuable channel for a long time to come with a big proviso – abuse it and you will lose your audience as they turn off when you don’t deliver what you promised.
That’s another big thing I keep harping on about – you have be clear with what your are promising to deliver in your sign up and then work to deliver like crazy on that promise. That’s how you’ll win with email.
