Consumers are browsing but not buying via mobile

While mobile devices are proving to be effective tools for browsing online, and social media can help consumers learn more about products they’re interested in, they don’t generally lead to purchases, according to a new study.

Lauren Brousell’s article takes you through the interesting findings by Synchrony Financial. The numbers are slowly growing as more and more millennials get jobs and become able to buy things online, but it is a slow process.

Social media is still a very effective way to get the word out about new products and remain top of mind though, so keep up the good work if you are utilising it… and if you aren’t, where the bloody hell are ya?!
